On the ground, Hyzone is run by one full-time co-ordinator and two part-time youth workers. It is supported by a team of volunteers which includes a Support Group and a Resource Group.
Hyzone is a limited company with charitable status. It is governed by a voluntary board of directors who oversee the project. The board meets once a month to discuss the development and growth of the project.
