In accordance with the Constitution of the Hyzone Project, at least 21 days notice is given for an Annual General Meeting.

Please accept the invitation to the 3rd AGM on Wednesday 24th March 2010 at 7.30pm in St. John’s Church Centre, Duke St, Hamilton.

The accounts for the year ending on January 31st 2010 will be available at the meeting.
