Notice of Hyzone AGM Wednesday 24th March 2010

Please find the formal notice of our 3rd AGM since beginning the activity of Hyzone. I do hope you will intimate the details, and encourage others to attend.

In accordance with the Constitution of the Hyzone Project, at least 21 days notice is given for an Annual General Meeting.

Please accept the invitation to the 3^rd AGM on Wednesday 24^th March 2010 at 7.30pm in St. John’s Church Centre, Duke St, Hamilton.

The accounts for the year ending on January 31^st 2010 will be available at the meeting.
